Optimize your small 3D print farm

PrintToShip

3D print and ship in one tap — a companion to the Bambu Handy and ShipStation apps.

Pin past prints from Handy to product SKUs, queue up what to print next, and keep track of inventory on hand. Buy and print ShipStation labels in fewer steps. Orders and prints stay compatible with the native apps — the power tools are still there for the advanced cases.

Why it exists

Fewer taps. Every tool here is fewer steps than the native flow.
Keep track, so I don’t have to. Orders land while I’m away; the app knows what’s on the shelf. No more duplicate prints.
Time back. It’s a side gig. Minutes the tools don’t cost me go back into the business.
Ship

Pack and label in one tap

Orders queue oldest-first with product and color read from the SKU. Box and weight pre-fill from the catalog; one tap buys the USPS label and prints it on the 4×6 thermal.

ship detail — buy
Weight from the scale, postage estimated live, one green button.
ship pending — order card
Who, what, which color — decoded from the SKU, not the marketplace title.
ship pending — flag address
Bad addresses flagged before packing, with USPS’s reason — edit & re-verify in place.
ship pending — flag nosku
Unknown SKUs can’t sneak through — weigh before buying.
Print

The whole farm at a glance

Live cards for every printer — progress, time left, what runs after each plate clears. Above them, a Print next queue ranks shortfalls and matches each to a printer by the filament actually loaded.

print overview — cards
Vega finished and is already booked: 2 × Cable Clip after plate clear, filament loaded.
print start — armed
Familiar parts start in two taps: first arms, second starts it over Bambu cloud. No slicer, no SD card.
print detail cam — camera
A camera calls the plate clear or occupied — and corrections teach it.
print pin — jobs
Pin a print once — it becomes a library item any printer can start.
Stock

Sold vs printed vs on hand

Counts fall as orders land and book back when a plate clears. Red means short — and the queue already covers it.

stock sold — backorder
One row, whole answer: 2 sold, 2 printed, −2 on hand — and the reprint is in flight.
stock editor — group
Recounts are one visit — on-hand and minimum together, per color.
Drop off

Nothing forgotten on the bench

Labels printed but not yet scanned by USPS, grouped by day. Two days old turns amber.

dropoff — list
When USPS scans it, the row clears itself.
